GarandPLG 38f618f8c7 Update flake.lock ...

- Bump rev, narHash and lastModified for several locked inputs:
  firefox-addons, home-manager, nixpkgs, noctalia-shell, noctalia-qs
- Rename the "systems" reference to "systems_2" in the input map
- Add a new locked entry for the "systems" repository
