Update flake.lock and add Kdenlive & recorder binds

- Remove stale `elemental-wine-source` entry from flake.lock.
- Refresh hashes, revisions, and timestamps for several inputs.
- Add "SUPER ALT K" binding to launch Kdenlive.
- Add "SUPER CONTROL R" binding to toggle screen recorder.
