GarandPLG db7a9afae7 Enable notify client and replace swww with awww ...

- Add `notify.enable = true` to Garand-Desktop, Garand-Laptop, and
  default hosts
- Replace `swww` with `awww` in `essentials.nix`
- Expose `notify-client` in the core packages mapping
