Enable VirtualBox & Affinity, adjust Hyprland binds

Turn on VirtualBox support and the Affinity graphics suite in the
system modules configuration.

Add a bind for XF86AudioMicMute to mute the microphone input.

Replace separate pause and play binds with a single
XF86AudioPlay → media playPause action.
