Enable Jellyfin client and update its package

- Enable `jellyfinClient` in home modules for Garand‑Desktop,
  Garand‑Laptop, and the default host
- Add a desktop entry for the Jellyfin client
- Replace `jellyfin-desktop` with `tsukimi` in the core packages list
- Disable the Affinity graphics suite on Garand‑Laptop
