Update flake.lock and enable Slack

- Add windows‑rs and wintypes_shim inputs; remove nixpkgs‑wine
- Refresh locked revisions for affinity‑nix, nur‑expressions,
  home‑manager, nixpkgs, noctalia‑shell, and AffinityOnLinux
- Enable Slack in Garand‑Desktop system modules
- Bump Helium AppImage to version 0.16.6.1
- Replace Z.ai GLM 4.7 with Qwen 3.8 27B model in Zed language‑model
